Slimming World Pancakes!

Here are my Slimming World pancakes that I sometimes have for my breakfast on a weekend. They are made with 30g of porridge oats, Vanilla Mullerlight Yoghurt, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp. of sweetener.
I preheat my oven about gas mark 5, spray a Yorkshire pudding tin with frylight and put in the oven to heat up. Mix all of the ingredients together, once the tin is hot divide the mixture into the four portions and bake in the oven for approx. 20 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy with lots of fresh fruit and a yoghurt.
