Egg Pudding
ingredients
1/2 pint milk
2 eggs
sugar (to taste)
1 dessertspoon of custard powder
method
1)
Bring the milk to the boil.
2)
Mix custard powder and egg yolks together in a
little milk.
3)
Add to boiled milk
4)
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the rest
of the mixture
This recipe makes the custard very light and
fluffy.... yum!
