Fool Proof Yorkshire Puddings

 






Ingredients:

Plain Flour

2x Eggs (I used 1 Turkey Egg)

Milk

Fry light

 

 

Method:

1.  Heat the Oven to Gas Mark 9. Spray a baking tray well with fry light and place this in the oven to heat up.

2.  Crack the eggs into a glass and measure how much up the sides of the glass, add these to a dish. Measure the same amount of plain four and add this to the eggs.

3.  Then measure the same quantity of Milk and this to the egg and flour mixture. Whisk well to make a batter.        

4.  Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Leave to stand for approx 10 minutes.

5.  Once the baking tray has heated up well add the batter to the baking tray and place it back in the oven.

6.  Try not to open the oven door until the Yorkshire Pudding is well risen.

7.  Enjoy!!
