RECIPE - Mincemeat Muffins!


Mincemeat Muffins


 
 
Ingredients:

200g Self Raising Flour

100g Caster Sugar

100ml Sunflower Oil

100ml Milk

1x large egg

200g Sweet Mincemeat

 

Method:

1.     Preheat oven to 180˚C/350˚F/Gas Mark 4.

2.     Mix the flour and sugar together, then make a well in the centre.

3.     Mix the oil, milk and egg together, then pour into the well of flour mixture and beat well.

4.     Then mix in the mincemeat.

5.     Divide the mixture between 12 muffin/cupcakes cases.

6.     Bake for 20 mins.

7.     Make flower shapes out of left over marzipan and icing.

8.     Stick onto the cupcake using a little icing mixed with water to make a paste.

9.     Add a Christmas decoration.
