Slimming World Blancmange





 3 Syns for the whole Blancmange

Ingredients:
2 x sachets of Hartley's sugar free jelly (any flavour)
500g Total 0% Greek Yoghurt
Boiling water
Cold Water
low calorie cooking spray

Method:
1.  Spray a silicon loaf mould with low calorie cooking spray.
2.  Make up the jelly using the instructions on the packet for one sachet then add the second sachet. Allow to cool slightly.
3.  Whisk into the jelly mixture the tub of greek yoghurt.
4.  Put the mixture into the silicon loaf mould and refrigerate until set.
5.  Turn out the blancmange carefully onto a serving dish and slice into portions.
