Mincemeat Sponge (Microwave)
Ingredients:
100g Mincemeat
60g Self Raising Flour
60g Margarine
60g Sugar
1 egg
Method:
1.
Mix all of the ingredients together.
2.
Put in a microwavable dish.
3.
Cook in a microwave for 4 mins or
until fully cooked.
4.
Serve with custard or ice-cream.
