Here it is! The victoria sponge cake with strawberry jam and butter cream in the middle and milk chocolate with white chocolate shavings on top!.... shame I'm on a diet!!!

New Mixer!!!!
My Fiancé bought me a new food mixer for my Christmas present... love it!
Thought I'd have a go using it to make my future father-in-law a birthday cake as he is 75 years old tomorrow!!
