Home-made Beef Stew and Dumplings/Yorkshire Pudding

I made Beef stew for our dinner today using home-reared beef from my boyfriends croft. I had dumplings and my boyfriend wanted a Yorkshire Pudding so I made a giant one. The fool proof recipe for Yorkshire puddings is in the 'Favourite Recipe' section.
