Rice Pudding (Jamie Oliver Style)
Ingredients:
200g Pudding Rice
1.2 litres of Milk
2 tbsp Vanilla Sugar ( if you haven't got vanilla sugar, you can use 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla essence)
Method:
1. Add the rice, milk and sugar to a pan and bring to the boil. Stir so the rice doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
2. Cover and simmer for 40 mins, stirring occasionally.
3. Add jam/syrup/honey to serve.
