RECIPE - Fruity Flapjack

FRUITY FLAPJACK


Ingredients:
50g Margarine
75g Sugar
3 tblsp Golden Syrup
225g Oats
Dried fruit

Method:
Melt the sugar, margarine and golden syrup. Add the oats and dried fruit and mix well.  Grease a baking tin, place all of the mixture into the tin and bake for 25 mins or until golden brown on gas mark 6. Once baked remove from oven, allow to cool slightly then cut into pieces. Leave to cool.
