Well today I've spent a lot of time digging, sorting, washing, peeling and chopping carrots. My boyfriend and I have harvested the last of the veg from his veg patch on his Croft (for more information visit www.croft2a.blogspot.com)

So, since we have plenty of carrots we've blanched some to put in the freezer and I've also made a carrot cake with orange buttercream.... yum!
