Mother's Day Cupcakes!!!

After taking part in a couple of cupcake decorating classes I thought I'd have a go at making some Mother's day cupcakes. Here are some chocolate and vanilla flavoured cupcakes with vanilla butter cream decorated with icing.

Birthday Cake!!

Here it is! The victoria sponge cake with strawberry jam and butter cream in the middle and milk chocolate with white chocolate shavings on top!.... shame I'm on a diet!!!

New Mixer!!!!

My Fiancé bought me a new food mixer for my Christmas present... love it!

Thought I'd have a go using it to make my future father-in-law a birthday cake as he is 75 years old tomorrow!! 

Christmas stockings!

I'm only just learning how to use a sewing machine so it's all new to me! I found some spare Harris Tweed and decided to have a go at making something, since it's nearly Christmas what's better than making some Christmas stockings! Very pleased with how they have turned out... practice makes perfect!!
